Your invoice of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not confirm our acceptance of your order.
ExoticPhone.com has the right to accept or cancel your order without prior notice to you. At times we might require additional information from you for verification purposes to complete your purchase. If an item is posted at an incorrect price or with incorrect description due to typographical error or error in pricing or item information received from our manufacturer, ExoticPhone.com reserves the right to refuse or decline any orders purchased for item listed at the incorrect price. In the event your credit card has already been charged for the cancelled order, ExoticPhone.com will issue an immediate credit to your account in the amount of charge. Any defective items will get full Refund. If the item is defective or you do not like the product you have SEVEN days to return from the day of the item receipt (No Exceptions). After Seven days, you MUST contact the manufacturer to redeem your warranty, please do not contact ExoticPhone.com. If for some reason, you do not like the item or you changed your mind and you want to return the product there will be 15% restocking fee. We do not provide you with service. Therefore, you're solely responsible to know whether the phone will work in your area. Please do understand our products are not for you to test whether you have service or not; so please make sure the phone works in your area before purchasing. The 15\% restocking fee applies regardless of compatibility with your service provider. If the phone is damaged, used or has scratches on it, there will be No refund. Although it is very easy to setup other network features on your phone, ExoticPhone.com do not guarantee network dependent features such as MMS, SMS, Picture messaging, internet browsing, voice mail feature etc. When returning, be sure the item is in mint condition, factory sealed, UNUSED, and has no scratches. Just return the way you got it and you're fine. When returning, please be sure to include instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you. Any returned software that has been opened will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Refund process may take upto two weeks. You will not be refunded delivery costs. Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by ExoticPhone.com.
ExoticPhone.com must test all returned products before we can issue a refund or exchange any products. This is necessary so that we can file claims on defective or damaged goods with our manufacturer or the shipping company to get proper credit. If the item is shipped out before cancellation, the correspondent shipping charge will be deducted. If the item is not shipped out before cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee that can be between $15 to $20.
ExoticPhone.com gurantees the best price in the electronic market. We will match any advertised price that beats our price. Simply fax or e-mail the published price and we’ll match the price. Market price changes everyday and therefore we cannot offer price protection should the prices of the items rise or fall. Although most of the time we have listed items in stock but cannot guarantee the availability at times. Rebate coupons are limited to one per customer.
