Open Box items can only be returned within 7 Days.

We have seven day return policy. If the phone is defective within this period, we will give you brand new exchange. All phones come with one year manufacturer warranty from the country of origin. This is important to note that the warranty is honored ONLY in the country of origin (country of origin of some phones may not be US). However, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of our extended warranty which will cover your phone up to four years for a minimal cost.
